That's a seriously amazing image. I want to shoot moments like that.

More me, me, me...
I researched how to (finally) make some playlists on my lesser known but beautifully capable iriver DAP (oh ipod has video? huh...mine had it a year before or so..curious innovation). I have never really felt the need to make them because I simply like listening to a disc as it has been constructed for me by the artist. I don't normally buy singles. I never purchase individual songs on itunes or any other service. I just like to know about what the artists has to say beyond what someone else sees as fit for radio or whatever. That's just me. Some people fawn over playlists and lament them when they dissapear, etc. Will I do this? Maybe. To be honest, I only really started one to give out to other people, like a mixtape. It could be pretty fun, but I'm just bloody tired right now. Mentally, I'm a sleeping bag.

So let's get to it: Please come hang out at one or both of the exhibitions tonight if you're bored in Denver or you just think there is some entertainment to be had at galleries in the evenings. There is, trust me. Last night in fact I had good conversation with artisans, metalworkers, aspiring actresses, models and more drunken artisans. All of these conversations happened in the two hours I was hanging things last night at the gallery. That's just good stuff. I love the mix.

Did you know that grapefruits can be spicy like battery acid when you keep forgetting to eat them until today?
