I want to try to share some of the influences. I really need to sit down on a sturdy and dilapidated barstool, send people to these sites and then sit quietly while they take them all in. I want to see how they react... see if they are a kindred soul. Mostly I just want to show and then watch reactions. I won't be upset if they don't react in a way I approve of or hope for. My brothers are more likely to connect with an ultra-catchy, poorly-produced hip-hop song with a whistle in the hook than a piece of art at this stage in their lives.

It's about who you are sometimes. I think a lot of time, it's where you are in your life. What are you ready for in your mind. What's happening to your soul.

Here's an artist from Brazil that makes me want to go into my basement and not come out until I have something as strikingly beautiful and poetic to offer.
